For Check Ins after 5 p.m. prior advice is necessary.
Once you arrive
Guests must be 18 or older to stay.
Self Check-In via Code & Lock Box 3PM onwards:
We offer contact-free self check-in service to all guests. Please ensure that your contact information is accurate to receive your check-in codes and times. Please check your email or messaging system for your door code and lock box code. For a smooth arrival, notify us of your expected arrival time before check-in and inform us if you will be arriving after 10 pm.
Check-Out at 11AM:
Please be aware that check-out hours are strictly enforced to ensure timely cleaning and turnover of rooms for our next guests. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these times.
If you plan to arrive earlier than the scheduled check-in time, please inform us in advance so we can provide the necessary instructions and information.
Staff members are available to assist you during limited hours All assistance will be provided through messaging systems, using WhatsApp Business or the messaging system of the booking platform where your reservation was made.
Tamarindo Bay is a no-smoking property.
This policy includes cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vapes, and all other smoking devices. Additionally, all illegal substances and narcotics are strictly prohibited.
Rates
- Rate Changes:
Rates published on this page are subject to change. For the most current rates and availability, please use the calendar widget on our homepage. - Deposit:
Your deposit guarantees the room rate for the entire duration of your stay. - Reservation Modifications:
Changes to your reservation may result in the entire stay being subject to new applicable rates. - Rate Details:
Unless otherwise specified, rates are per room, per night, based on double occupancy. - Taxes and Fees:
Rates do not include a 13% IV room tax. All room rates are subject to applicable taxes and/or surcharges.
Reservation Policies
Advance reservations are strongly recommended to secure a reservation.
• The full price of your reservation may be charged any time within 3 days of your arrival.
• We accept MasterCard or Visa Credit Cards.
• All balances due are payable at Check In.
Tamarindo Bay Boutique Hotel, Apartment & Suites is an Adults Only, Self Check In and Self Catering property.
You must be at least 18 years old to Check In.
In Person assistance is available from SUN to FRI from 10 am to 6 pm.
Assistance via Messenger Apps and WhatsApp available from 8 am to 9:30 pm, daily.
Emergency assistance during your stay, available through overnight security systems and guard.
Cancellations
• For cancellations via email only, more than 72 hours prior to arrival date:
– No penalty will be charged.
– Cut off time is 12 noon local Costa Rican time.
• For cancellations later than 72 hours prior to arrival date/No Show:
– The cost of the reservation will be charged in full.
– Cut off time is 12 noon local Costa Rican time.
• To avoid cancellations and losses due to unforeseen circumstances of a personal nature, we strongly recommend purchasing a third party travel insurance policy before your trip.
Privacy
• Credit cards and all personal information is processed on our secure website.
• Credit card information is not stored by us.
• Your privacy concerns are important to us. If you have any questions about this privacy statement or privacy concerns please contact us.
