Spacious and elegantly designed for comfort and privacy, this 950 square foot (80 square meter) one-bedroom apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and a romantic dining space for two. Located up a flight of stairs, it is tucked away in a quiet and private corner of the property, yet still close to the pool area. The apartment boasts a well-appointed work desk and large oversized windows that let the outdoors in without sacrificing comfort or privacy. The modern spa bathroom includes exotic hardwood counters, seamlessly blending tropical and modern elements. The room features a quiet inverter AC, custom-built hardwood furniture, a luxury orthopedic pillow-top King bed with luxurious linens, a fully equipped mini kitchen, a 40-inch TV, and a large closet.

Furnished with pieces from our very own custom teak DURAWOOD line of artisan crafted furniture this apartment suite is a unique, functional, warm, cozy, well designed gem! While still in keeping with our minimalist, uncluttered, style, we have added a few new elements like the colour selected hand woven headboard and bench, Spanish style tile, hand crafted, hardwood workstation and a well-appointed kitchenette for preparing simple meals and snacks during your stay. We take our Environmental custodianship seriously and make every effort to minimise undue damage and stress to our surroundings.
Taking a cue from the Costa Rican government’s initiative to reduce Costa Rica’s carbon footprint, we are mindful, as are most of our guests, of the impact our presence and the unavoidable progress and development has on our surroundings. Keeping this in mind, we have implemented the following features and we hope to increase the list as we grow as a business.
Water Softener Systems & water filters treat all water used on property
Eco-friendly recycled plastic decking around pool
All walls insulated with biodegradable close cell expansion foam to reduce energy consumption
White reflective roofing over all structures on property reducing heat build up
Low VOC paint & finishes
UV lighting throughout property
All organic kitchen scraps composted to fertilize the hotel gardens which are also designed for low water consumption
Plastic, metal & glass is separated for recycling (labeled bins located on property)
The use of local and organic produce and ingredients as much as possible to make our delicious daily breakfasts
Non contaminating biodegradable cleaning products and laundry detergent
Showers are stocked with refillable dispensers of locally made, chemical free, specialty personal beauty products made sustainably and purchased in bulk to reduce use of packaging and wasteful containers
Planting of native plants & fruit trees to feed and attract wild fauna including iguanas, squirrels, a variety of birds and the always impressive howler monkeys
Our environmentally friendly sheet and towel reuse program encourages guests to be proactive in our efforts to reduce waste
We are animal lovers who regularly assist with rescue efforts and contribute to rehabilitating strays both within the community and elsewhere

Self Check-In via Code & Lock Box 3PM onwards: Please ensure that your contact information is accurate to receive your check-in codes and times. For a smooth arrival, notify us of your expected arrival time before check-in and inform us if you will be arriving after 10 pm.
