Rates

Rates published on this page are subject to change. Please use the calendar widget on our homepage for current available rates.
Your deposit guarantees the room rate for the duration of your stay.
Modifications to your reservation(s) may result in the entire stay being subject to any new applicable rates.

• Unless otherwise noted, the rates apply per room, per night, based on double occupancy.

• Rates do not include 13% IV room tax.

• Rates include breakfast unless specified as a (No Breakfast Promo Rate).

• Taxes and surcharges are subject to change. All room rates are subject to applicable taxes and/or surcharges.

• Rates are stated in US dollars.

Reservation Policies

Advance reservations are strongly recommended to secure a reservation.

• The full price of your reservation may be charged any time within 3 days of your arrival.

• We accept MasterCard or Visa Credit Cards.

• All balances due are payable at Check In.

Cancellations

• For cancellations via email only, more than 72 hours prior to arrival date:

    -  No penalty will be charged.
    - Cut off time is 12 noon local Costa Rican time.

• For cancellations later than 72 hours prior to arrival date/No Show:

    - The cost of the reservation will be charged in full.
    - Cut off time is 12 noon local Costa Rican time.

• To avoid cancellations and losses due to unforeseen circumstances of a personal nature, we strongly recommend purchasing a third party travel insurance policy before your trip.

Privacy

• Credit cards and all personal information is processed on our secure website.

• Credit card information is not stored by us.
